Basically, as we know changing our life is challenging as well as harder but it is not impossible much if you follow tips which I will share with you. Even I also changed my life in 6 months.
First of all, I want to make you understand there is not any hack or shortcut to achieving this goal but yes if you implement and follow some rules of it.
One thing more, first of all, you must know your why? why you want to change your life means you must have a strong desire to change your life. As we know our day starts with habits and also ends with habits. Besides this, some are good habits and some are bad...

As I said written because you must have a strong desire to improve yourself. To make it more clear you can make a diary in which you write things which you want to improve and why you want to improve. The aim of your strong why it is your motivation when you feeling low and demotivated so your why will stay motivated. So write about the goals which you want to accomplish.
As you completed your first step. Now start giving yourself challenges like starting from 5-minute meditation, 5-minute exercise, and then increasing your timing slowly but surely, you will get growing day by day. If you make the habit of meditating and exercising daily then your mind and your body. start improving and coming in shape And your mind starts staying cool & calm. I know it will difficult in the beginning but when you get used to it then it becomes your habit.
Make habit of reading daily. Start with self-help books that help you a lot to improve yourself. If you don't have the habit of reading then start with 1 Page then further your limit every day. If you don't have sufficient time then start waking up early daily. Make sure whatever you read don't forget to implement in your life. This will give experience and as you know nothing is bigger than experience.
It is another way to change your life. As we know about the law of attraction on which thing we focus on, that thing comes in our life. Write what wanna change in your life and repeat every morning after your meditation is done and just feel it. One thing you can do is repeat whenever you get some free time. Trust me it's gonna changes you.
Set your phone, gadgets aside one hour before you go to bed. Research proved that if you don't use your phone or gadgets before I hour to sleep, you will get amazing sleep and that improves your memory, as well as your life. Also, what can you do is start reading a book one hour before you go to bed. One more thing you can do is to start writing things whichever you grateful for and be thankful for what you did today.
