 If you have pain in your joints for a long time, then be careful, it can also be arthritis.  According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of people suffering from it may triple by 2022.

When there is difficulty in walking, then the name of a disease immediately comes to mind and that is arthritis.  Although this disease has become common, but its pain makes life difficult at times.  If care is not taken, then this disease takes a formidable form.  

If we look at some figures of the Union Health Ministry, then the situation can be even more frightening.  According to the ministry, the number of women falling prey to this disease is expected to double by 2022.  In such a situation, by doing some special asanas, we can drive away arthritis.  

1 Sukhasana:- 

Sukhasana provides relief in knee pain.  In this, the knees are bent at a 90 degree angle.  It is beneficial to do Sukhasana before any asana.  To do this, with both the legs bent, sit upright in the position of the palathi.  Keep the spine straight. 

 2 Vajrasana:- 

Vajrasana not only keeps digestion good but also removes the pain of knees.  To do this, sit on your feet, just as you sit to offer Namaz.  Keep the weight of the body on the feet and place the hands on the knees.  

3 Palm posture:-

 During the palm posture, the body remains in the palm tree posture.  This gives strength and flexibility to all the joints of the body. grows.  Apart from arthritis, this asana is also beneficial in back pain and slip disc.  To do this, stand up straight.  Now while inhaling, raise the hands up.  Pull the body upwards as much as you can.  All the weight of the body should be on the toes.  After a few seconds of this state, while exhaling, come back to the normal position.  

4 Setubandha Asana:- 

This asana strengthens the spine and relaxes various joints of the body.  To do this, lie down on your back.  Then bend the knees and try to raise the waist with the help of hands.  Come back to normal position for a few seconds.
