If you want that the PC does not hang again and again, then you should equip your PC with 2 GB RAM, a CPU running at 3 MHz speed and a hard disk up to 320 GB only. If this is not possible, then the audio-video program should be played less. RAM should also be more for downloading content from the Internet.
There should be free space: -
There should be at least 500 MB of free space in the C drive of your PC. For this, you can go to My Computer and right-click on C drive, and check free space in properties. You can take the help of Disk Fragmenter to arrange the hard drive.
Close programs: -
After surfing the Internet, you should delete temporary Internet files, browsing history, and cookies. Apart from this, the computer should have a good antivirus. Antivirus should be updated from time to time. Avoid giving any command when the system becomes slow, otherwise, the PC may hang.
Before putting a pen drive on the PC, it should be checked that it does not contain viruses. If you want to close multiple applications running at the same time, you should press Alt, Control, and Delete simultaneously. This will show the Task Manager. A screen will appear on clicking the Processes button in it. Here you can check the size of the application and close unnecessary programs.
