In the order of many attempts to reduce weight, exercise finds the topmost place. The list of such exercises is also very long. Then the hands will go upwards and clap, then the first leg will remain stable and the second leg will cross behind, and the hands will again meet behind. Do this also at least 100 times.
2 Rhythmic motion of the waist:-
This is an oscillating action, which should be rhythmic. Stand with your legs slightly apart, and while raising your hands, move your waist right-left. Note that this is a swing of the waist, which is not exactly like a thinker. Do this at least 100 times.
3 Movement of hands along the waist:-
In this exercise, along with the waist, hands have to be moved as well. In every movement of the waist, one hand will go up and the other behind the back. Do this at least 100 times with speed.
