How To Connect With Your Old Customer.

In the fast pace of business, we get so engrossed in creating new customers that we often forget to pay attention to those people who suddenly got separated after being our customers for a long time.  Following the rules of business, we just look forward, not look back.  But is it right to let them go easily in order to move on? 

 Or will it be helpful to make a better strategy after stopping for a while and once asking the reason for their departure?  Obviously, the answer is second, no matter how well your business is doing, if the old customers have left you and gone away, then at least take the initiative to find out the reason.

Contact them:- 

Remove the information of old customers who have left your side from your records.  This will let you know how long they haven't been ordering.  Make a complete list of these names and contact them.  No matter how big a company you are, the customer should always be supreme for you.  Don't let your ego dominate you in this matter.  Feel free to contact them.  

What was the reason: - 

The basic objective of this entire exercise is to find out why the customers who were once satisfied with your services have left you after all.  Categorize these reasons.  In many cases, the reason may also be that they have moved to some other place.
 

What was the shortcoming: - 

You cannot return the people who have moved to some other place away from your business area, but you have to find out whether the customer got separated due to some deficiency in service?  These deficiencies may be due to product defects, non-receipt of orders on time, or non-heard of by the customer.  Until you know about them, you will not be able to fix them.  

One more try:-

 Since you know that this person has been your regular customer there is nothing wrong with trying on your part to get them back.  You can request them to rejoin your company.  For this, you can give them an offer directly.  While doing so, say that it is exclusively for your old customers.

To maintain the moral force of the eligible employees in the company, it is necessary that they are promoted in time.  The recognition of their work in the company increases their association with that company.  On meeting someone, his work also gets recognition.  Promotion to hardworking employee
