1 Macaroni Chips: -
What is needed:-
Macaroni - 250 grams, Water - 1 liter, Salt - 1 tbsp, Cornflour - 3 tbsp, Oil - 1 tbsp + Oil for frying - 3 cups.
Other Ingredients:-
Black pepper powder, oregano and chili flakes, black salt, mango powder, chaat masala, onion and garlic powder (optional), red chili powder - 1 / tsp.
Make this way:-
• Dissolve salt in water and heat it. Add a tablespoon of oil. When the water comes to a boil, add the macaroni and cover, and cook for six to eight minutes. The macaroni has to be eighty percent cooked.
Drain the hot water and put the macaroni in the cold water. Now take cold water also. Add macaroni to the bowl. Add cornflour to it and mix well. Be careful not to break the macaroni.
Remove the extra cornflour in it. Now heat the oil. Fry the macaroni in it on medium heat and take it out from the oil when it turns golden brown in color. Mix all the dry spices in a separate bowl. Add these spices to the hot macaroni and mix well so that the spices stick. Cool and serve with tea. It can be stored for a month in an airtight container.
2 Italian bruschetta: -
What is needed:-
Onion, capsicum, tomato - 1-1 finely chopped, green coriander a little finely chopped, maize - 1 tbsp boiled (optional), olives - 5 (optional), garlic - 5 buds finely chopped, small bread packet - 1, olive oil or butter - 3 tbsp, cheese - 1 cup grated, cheese - small pieces, salt and oregano - 1 tsp, chili flakes as per taste.
How to make: -
Mix one small spoonful of garlic and green coriander in butter or olive oil. Keep it aside. In a separate bowl, mix all the vegetables, salt, chili flakes, and oregano. Add the remaining butter to it and keep it for twenty minutes. Now apply garlic paste on the bread.
Add cheese pieces. Spread the vegetable mixture. Spread the grated cheese on top of the vegetable. Bake the bread at 180 degrees for fifteen to twenty minutes until golden brown or cover the pan and cook till the cheese melts. Serve hot garnished with oregano and chili flakes. Note- Large-size bread can also be used by cutting it into four parts.
3 Layered Mexican Rice: -
What is needed:-
Rice - 1 cup, oil or butter - 1 tbsp, garlic - 1 tbsp finely chopped, red, yellow, and green capsicum 1 / - 1 / cup finely chopped, onion - 1 / cup finely chopped, tomato puree - 1½ cups, salt as per taste, Kashmiri red chili powder and cumin powder - 1-1 tsp, oregano, and chili flakes - 1 tsp, tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp, green chili - 1 tsp finely chopped, kidney beans and corn - 1 / - 1 / cup boiled, black pepper powder - a pinch, water - cup, cooked rice - 3 cups, cheese - a little grated.
