1 An Introduction to Shrikant Srinivasan (United States Circuit Judge):-

Born on February 23, 1967, in Chandigarh, Shrikant Srinivasan has become the first Indian to be appointed a judge in the second Supreme Court of America.

Srikanth has been appointed as a judge of the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.  The Court of Appeals is the second largest court in the United States after the Supreme Court.

Completed his studies at Stanford: -

Srikanth's childhood was spent in the state of Kansas, USA.  He received a BA Honors degree from Stanford University in 1989.  After this, he completed his law studies at Stanford Law College.  He also took an MBA degree from Stanford University in 1995.

Early career clerk: -

After finishing his studies, in 1995, Srinivasan started his law career as a clerk to Judge Harvey Wilkinson in the Fourth Circuit Appeals Court.  Srikkanth has also been the Principal Deputy Solicitor General of America.

Be patient instead of hasty:-

Srikanth has also worked as a teacher at Harvard Law School.  He has also been a very good basketball player.  He worked as a litigator for two decades.  According to Shrikant, if a person works with patience instead of haste to achieve the goal, then he definitely gets success.

2 The workaholic is Boss:-

Many times you come across a boss who is a workaholic and expects a lot of work from juniors only.  Such a boss takes a meeting at the end of office hours and discusses the work.  This type of boss should be handled properly, only then you will be able to remain stress-free.

1 Prioritize:-

You are working with a workaholic boss but prioritize your time.  In office time, complete every task of the boss properly.  Tell your boss clearly about your work-life balance.

 2 Attention to quality: -

During work in the office, you should cross-check everything, so that there is no tension at work while leaving the office.  If the quality of work is maintained, then there is no problem in handling the workaholic boss.

3 Tell the Boss:-

Sometimes the boss feels that there is only one person in the office who is a perfectionist.  Impress the boss with your work and show that you have done the work given by him very hard and honestly.  This will make the boss believe in you and will also relieve you from the stress of work.

4 Explain the plan: -

If you tell the boss about the work plan for the coming days, then it reduces the stress on the boss a lot.  Your plan should be such that it can be easily implemented.  This will impress your boss and avoid becoming a workaholic.

5 Make you happy with work: -

If you communicate with the boss properly and respond properly to his point, then the boss also tries to understand your problems.  You should tell the boss that along with hard work, smart work is also important.
