But if I'm being completely honest, that's her character, and Maitreyi does a fantastic job of capturing Devi. When Ben causes problems in Devi's life, Jaren Lewison becomes the perfect Ben, who you sometimes want to love to hate. I was more emotionally invested in him and Devi because I knew he always has a great heart for her and her friends and that he has lived a very lonely life. The comedy-drama on Netflix is a great, energetic, and representative watch. The programme is a teen sitcom with episodes lasting less than 30 minutes. Teens would enjoy Never Have I Ever because it is a short film. The show explores the lives of Sherman Oaks residents, but it will probably also catch the attention of Indian viewers who are yearning for western portrayal of their culture. The exhibition makes an effort to promote many facets of Indian culture to the outside world through the costumes and traditions, which include scattering cremated remains in rivers. When Devi discusses the same problems with her mother, the show does occasionally go backward. Devi fought with her mother because she wouldn't let her do things that other kids her age would ordinarily do.These storylines occur frequently, ranging from Devi fighting with her mother to her mother not letting her do things that other kids in the neighbourhood routinely do. It's possible that this shows the development of adolescence, but when Devi insists on getting her way all the time, things get out of control. Who thought it would be a good idea to cast a 30-year-old man in the role of a 16- to 18-year-old teenager?
