             Hi friends ,Beautiful hair with Beautiful Care,every one are beautiful in the way they look, they have their hair .Here I gives tip to follow for strong,healthy hair growth.

1.For Healthy Hair

           Consume the right and rich protein,vitamin and minerals .here I gives five important food for healthy hair.

 

       1.Spinach it is rich in iron ,it helps hair growth thicker and healthier.

        2.Fishes like Salmon,Sardines and mackeral for healthy hair and for shine in hair.

            3.Sweet potatoes it protect hair from dry and dull hair to promot healthy hair

              4.Greek Yogurt it also help to flow blood to your scalp and hair growth.

              5.Guava protects your hair from breakage and gives healthy hair because it has vitamin C.

 

2.“To do and not do on your hair.”

       Here I gives five  tips to follow for your hair Care .

            1.Rinse your hair with cold water not on hot water.

              2.Don't over shampoo your hair and put the conditioner correctly.

             3.Avoid tight hair styles and use silk hair bands .Try to avoid using heat styling tools.

              4.Massaging the Sclap with natural oils and use a wide and wood comb to style your hair.

            5.Never brush on a wet hair and wet the hair naturally in air .

3."Home Remedies ".

          Here I gives three important Home remedies for hair mask.

          1.Coconut oil and Curry leaves mask.

Heat a cup of coconut oil in a pan and add a handful of fresh curry leaves.
Let the curry leaves infuse in the coconut oil until they turn brown.
Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature.
Massage the oil onto your scalp and hair, ensuring complete coverage.
Leave it on overnight and wash it off with a mild shampoo the next morning.
Coconut oil nourishes the hair follicles, while curry leaves are rich in antioxidants that help prevent hair fall.

           2.Egg and Yogurt Hair mask.

Whisk one egg and mix it with half a cup of plain yogurt. Apply the mixture to clean, damp hair, leaving it on for 20–30 minutes. Rinse with cool water to prevent the egg from cooking. This mask will not only moisturize your hair but also strengthen it, leaving you with smoother and more manageable locks.

         3.Aloevera gel hair mask .

Aloe vera gel
Get your hands on freshly extracted aloe vera gel and apply a good quantity of it to the hair. Your focus should be on your scalp and ends. Let it stay on for half an hour before rinsing it off with water. You can use it once a week to make your hair smoother, shinier, and stronger.
