Today we are going to look at some unknow facts regarding Gujarat. The Gujarat is a state in India. and Gandhinagar is the capital of Gujarat. Accharya Devvrat is the governer of Gujarat. This state has a overall population of 6.27 Crores. Gujarat is famous for Beaches, Temple towns and also historical capitals. Gujarat is the western most part of our country India. If you visit gujarat you can find many traditional garments for you.

1. So the very first fact we are going to see about gujrata is about lions. Gujarat is the only place in India where Asiatic lions are been found.
2. The Ahmedabad city in Gujarat is now home to the world's largest cricket stadium.
3. India's first Marine National Park is located in Gujarat State.
4. Gujarat state has 17 airports which becomes the India's highest number of operation of  airports. I can tell you few airport name which are Ahemdabad, Vadodara, Bhavnagar, Rajkot, Deesa, Surat, Kandla, Porbandar, Keshod, Bhuj, Nalia, Jamnagar Mehsana, Amreli, and Mandvi, Mithapur (Tata), Mundra (Adani) airports,
5. Gujarat state has the longest coastline in India and it measures about 1,596 km long, and no part of this western state of India is more than 160 km from the sea.
6. The Sardar Sarovar Dam which is also in Gujarat near which the popular attraction of statue of unity is situated, is the second largest concrete dam in the world and in terms of the volume of concrete used to construct dam after the Grand coulee dam across River Columbia, US.
7. Despite the common belief, Gujarat state is not the land of vegetarians. Bhatiyar Gali in Ahmedabad is the best proof of it.
