There is a hidden village on the earth which is located in the Peru in the desserts of Oasis. The name of the village is Huacachina it is build at Oasis dessert and is been surrounded by southwestern Peru. This village is about 5 kilometers from city Ica in the Ica district. 

The Huacachina village has a permanent population of 100 people but more then ten thousand tourist visit every year to see the beauty of this village.  Near to this village there is a also a very famous lake called as Oasis of America. According to the local people staying water and mud of the area is therapeutic ( helping you to relax and feel better). Both the local people and the tourist often bathe in the water and cover themselves in the mud to relax themself and to attempt to cure ailments such as arthritis, rheumatism etc.

The lake was created by a natural seepage (a proccess by which liquid or gas escapes in small quantities though holes) the loacl people say that this beautiful lagoon was created when a beautiful native princess was taking her bath and suddenly in a mirror she saw a hunter approching her from behind she ran from there leaving her mirror behind which turned into the lake. The other version of story is she fled, leaving the pool of water she had been bathing in to become the lagoon and the folds of her mantle, streaming behind her as she ran,  became the surrounding sand dunes  But the well-drilling started to threaten that supply in early 2000s. To over come this loss and perserve the oasis as the destination for tourist the local people of huacachin village started pumping water into the lake in 2015.

Later in 2016 the Huacachin village was announced has the resort for the local families and the tourist. Many popular activities include sandboarding on the sand dunes, dune buggy rides on buggies etc. So if you make a plan to go out for a vaccation with family and friends put this village in your list as well.
