My Today's Topic is about the beautiful lakes in our country India that to be witnessed. So without wasting time let's see which are those beautiful spellbinding lakes to be witness in India.
Chandratal Lake is situated in Spiti valley which is near to Ladakh. It is beautifully nestled between the mountains of spiti valley with a trekkable distance from Manali. This crescent shaped fresh water lake is a paradise on earth. Once in a life time you should visit this beautiful lake.
2. Vembanad Lake
This beautiful lake is situated in Kerala. Guys book yourself a sunset cruise and witness the pretty little and cute house-boats in this lake and plus greens of the islands around along with a wide range of migratory birds like waterfall, Brahminy kite and Siberian crane. The places you can explore around vembanad lake are Aruvikkuzhi waterfall, kumarakam bird sanctuary.
Best time To visit: November To March.
3) Lake Picholar
This lake is situated in Udaipur City of Rajasthan surrounded by big mountains, beautiful palaces and temples plus holy ghats. This lake offers you a beautiful golden sunset with a romantic lakeside cafebso when you plan to visit this place take your soulmate along with you. The places you can explore here are lake palace, Jog mandir and City palace.
Best Time to visit. : July to February.
4) Gurudongmar Lake
The lake is one of the heighest altitude lake in the whole world with highly challenging weather condition and a backdrop of snow-covered mountains. The altitude of this lake is 17,800 ft and the best time to visit this lake is between March to July and November to February.
5) Vagkolam Lake
Vagkolam Lake is the lake situated in Goa state and located about 30 mins from the Arambol beach this lagoon is so populary known as the sweet lake which is surrounded by the hills of lush greenery and coconut groves. The places you can explore near this lakes are Mandrem beach, Ashwem beach, Querim Beach. The best time to visit is October to March.
6) Pangong TSO
This lake is situated in Ladakh. If you remember the Amir Khan movie 3 Idiots then you will also remember the last scene of the movie where all 3 friends meet was shooter at a lakeside so the lake was shown in the movie was non other than this Pangong TSO lake. You can witness the different shades of this 3 idiots movie starrer lake by reserving an overnight stay in lakeside camps.
