                        ü   If you feel like crying don' hesitate cry. You’ll be at ease once you cry

                 These are the ways you can conquer post pregnancy depression. This is in case of women with mild degree of PPD. In case of severe PPD don’t spare a moment and seek clinical assistance cause extreme PPD may lead to psychosis which is lethal.
