The young man asked help from his sister to convince parents. Then his sister was the one who got parents permission. Finally he resumed his studies. 📖
On his way, he saw a board mentioned "Handwriting class". ✍🏻He stopped his vehicle and enquired about the handwriting class to nearby shop. He went and rang the bell. A teacher came and he enquired about the handwriting class. The teacher asked him to bring his son/daughter. But he replied that the class was for him. The teacher with a simple smile asked him to join. He got a solution for his first issue. 
He met an IAS madam to teach him how to clear the exam with diplomatic answers. That madam asked him to come the next day. He also went there on sharp timing.🕓 But he was asked again to come next day. He again went sharp time. For a week it was a repeated task for him. Finally on the seventh day madam told him that he was tested. She understood his sincerity and accepted to teach him with a condition. Madam will conduct test for him everyday morning 4:00a.m. to 7:00a.m. for 3hours all 365 days.🗓️ If he failed to attend any of the test or late to the test then that will be his last test. 
He attended all the test with sharp timing. 
Then he started teaching some students who was pursuing IAS exam. We will be able to describe or explain a topic only if we are able to make others understand. All three issues solved slowly by his dedication and regular practice. Finally his 4th attempt was successful. 💯 He cleared his prelims, then mains and also his interview. Now he is District Collector. 🧑🏻‍🎓

Now he told why he mentioned three people as enemies. It is because only enemies can point out our negatives. People around us/well wishers see only positive in us. He thanked his enemies for helping him find what was the reason behind his failure.

He said all people address me as District Collector. Not 4th attempt Collector. The no. of failures doesn't matter. Only success speaks. We should be courageous to overcome the reason for our failure.

I took my cup to sip coffee,☕ I found the cup was empty. My lips curved into smile. I tried calling my father but he didn't pick my call. Instead he messaged me "I am happy that you saw full video. Don't worry. I am here to support you. Go ahead."

Yes, I was a failure and stressed. But now I am trying to overcome the reason behind my failures. Soon I will be successful. I will share my success story soon like this.☺️
