Finding A Purpose Everyday

When the sun sets, it is marked as the day has end and night has come. As the day ends our mind and body relaxes automatically knowing that the time to rest has come. The day can be spend anyhow but finding a purpose to spend the day is yet another task of our life.

A day spend without any purpose feels a bit empty with no push or achievement. Keeping ourselves busy in what we love throughout the day keeps our mental health in good condition. When the night comes, the purpose for the next day is searched in our mind eventhough we are not conscious about it.

Finding a purpose in our life is a never ending journey. One may find it's own purpose since young yet some takes a little more time to find it's own purpose.

Finding a hobby that one enjoy can be tough to find but trying to find is never too late. Not all enjoys a very busy life where we can multitask ourselves with multiple business, hobbies and gathering, one can find a purpose in just doing one thing that they enjoy and love.

Not all persue the profess that they study for not all studied because they love it but due to compulsion or of having no option or idea to persue. some find the profession they enjoy after completion of their study which can be a completely different profession.

When the sun starts to set and the day is ending an anxious mind will start panicking and feels very anxious when nothing was done in a day, eventhough the day was supposed to be spend relaxing. Finding a hobby helps calm such mind and does not make a person feel inferior.

When a sun rises and a day starts, our mind unconsciously starts planning for the day and start finding a task or list to do throughout the day. Keeping our mind and body active does not mean that we need to do excercise but just doing something what we love can keep our mental health in a very good condition. Making a food we love, tending the garden, washing clothes or even just helping around the house with small task makes us feel very complete and that we have spend the day very purposefully.

Having a task of writing a blog 3 times a week in candlemonk had helped me spend my day thinking of what topic to blog about or just reading the blogs in candlemonk makes me feel like I did something really good today.

It's great news, well done!! These are little achievements that mean a lot to us. when we start spending our time in something meaningful, we start feeling positive rather than wasting the whole day and feeling guilty at the end of the day...
