The Power Of Taking Things Slowly

So lately I am all for the mindset and spirituality and been focusing on it alot on myself and tracking records, making to do lists also I journal almost every single day just to get some real insights of myself and honestly it indeed helped alot in several ways.

Also journaling had helped me to settle my thoughts and gave a sorrt of a direction from where to move along.

This time I decided to take slow and comfortable steps and then gradually increase the speed of moving and learning and executing things and like I said I did it. Usually in intial point I use to have no of  set backs not executing properly, not been able to get through things, messed up eventually but I did not let it bother myself nor even I consider the day was wasted I always keep counting on good things that I do and made a peace with the fact that eventually everything will fall into place beacause there is no other it could happen.

Bottom line is that I didnt cursed myself for not been able to execute the things that I planned I honestly did never however the only good thing I did is that I keep up with journaling every single day and what I did was tracking my records, plannig things week ahead and simply allow myself to make mistakes and that mistakes were meant to be solved and not to cursed on.

Gradually as I progress into weeks later weeks I was regulated one task the entire week along woth journaling that helped alot and this things weren't some bunch of task but the little  ones like wake up and hour before to workout for 20 minutes and at the end of the week I was immensely proud of myself for doing that , a week later that I inculcate the habit of meditation and then a week later I try to balance three things in a dag and like this bits after bits I overcame my sluggish feeling without indulging myself into what they call is toxic positivity and still have a fragile positive relationship with myself, now this can be truly called as a journey

And not to forger books were the biggest motivation of all and precisely the non fiction books.

And when I said I finally rose upto my feets I  clearly dont mean I  finished all my tasks on  to do list, I do, but not most of the time.

But the key is to consistency, daily showing up, fighting even if your inner feelings screams at you to not. I call that as a sucess that determination of yours could take you way far than ever you could imagine.

The entire purpose of me sharing this story was to give a mesaage about taking things slowly and progressing gradually, speeding up things that are beyond your control will only leave you feel miserable about you.
