I used to be a person who likes her morning to be slow and silent and particularly unproductive ones. nothing is wrong with such routine but it can prove sometimes counterproductive in your journey and therefore it is necessary for you to have a slow but more likely a productive routine for your self

Having a routine does not only help to gain more energy for the rest of the day but also it synergized your mindset towards your goals and give so much of perspective towards achieving it

All in all if  you are someone who needs to get his or her life together than this post is the sign you should start it right away and if you don't have any idea about how to get started than this post is can be one stop destination to you.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY HAVING A MORNING ROUTINE

A morning routine includes a time slot wherein you are likely spending time with yourself to grow yourself irrespective in terms of what it could be

In short terms it means you are not starting your day by not having any particular goal in mind, morning rituals are meant to set your visions for the rest of the day or week or month. You could allow yourself to do whatever you may want but touching phone and do the mindless scrolling even if you are someone who has to work through phone or using digital items. Ideally this is the way I honestly start my day

  1. GRAB A GLASS OF WARM WATER: This is the first thing I do when I wake up, having a glass of water first thing in the morning just helps you to cleanse your digestion tract, gives you a clean face and and boost your immune
  2. TAKE CARE OF MY BODY:  After I am done with my morning chores I grab my fitness mat and try at least to work on my physique least for 30 minutes, ideally  I usually do 60 minutes workout. This just help me to give my fare share of serotonin to get through the day
  3. MENTAL WELL BEING: After I am done with my workout session I sit and meditate as long as I  could and if not t has to at least for 15 minutes guided mediation. sometimes I may miss on my workout session but mediation is a ritual I could never miss on
  4. READING A BOOK: Particularly I prefer to read non fictional book in the morning and then  I end my day with a fiction book, but on mornings it has to be one non fiction book that helps me to get my vision in front of me and dives a kind of a confidence in me. Well all in al it just helps me to gain a little perspective in whatever it is that I do.
  5. PREPARE A TO-DO-LIST AND NOT-TO-LIST: After  I am done with my reading  I head to my desk and write a to-do-list and not-to-do-list, yes  I particularly gain an idea of what I should be doing in a day to prove that as a productive one but it is significantly important for you to remember that what are the things that you shouldn't be dong throughout the day that could just mess things up or the least it could distract you, it cold be mindless scrolling on social media platforms or not having sugar for your health journey or not watching tv more than an hour. as much as it sis important for you create a  to-do-list it is measurably important to create a not-to-do-list. Both equally caters towards productivity.

Again this are the morning rituals or routine are meant to follow through so that you can have a sight that you can achieve whatever ou can, when you start your day with beautiful beginning the ends are wonderful…

Happy productive Monday you all

P.S. I HATE MONDAYS THOUGH!!!!
