Parliament.. What is Parliament? Parliament is an legislative organ.. Which is used to make legislations.

Parliament consists of three bodies  They are President, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Here we have one note to remember… That President is not the member of Parliament. President is the head of Parliament.

We have to know that our Indian Constitution has 395 articles and initially 22 and 25 parts.

In Indian Constitution Parliamentary system was mentioned under part 5…When we talk about the part 5 of Indian Constitution which talks about central government. As we know that in central government their are President, Vice president, prime minister and council of ministers of Parliament and we see below authority general are present  All are comes under central government.

What are the articles talks about Parliament? The range  article (79-122) talks about Parliament. These articles helps to under the elections, qualification, duration etc.,

As we know that our Indian Constitution is borrowed from other countries.. From which country? As now we are discussing about Parliament.. The Parliamentary system is borrowed from Britain.. As because our country (India  is ruled by Britishers more than 200 years. So as our Indian are familiar  to British so our country followed the Britain Constitution . In India we call it as Parliament and in Britain call it as Westminster Parliamentary system.

Comparing of Indian Parliamentary System and Britain parliamentary system .

Indian parliamentary system has President, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. Here President is the integral part of Parliament but not member of Parliament. But let me tell you this after getting  Independence for the first time we call it as councils of States and  houses of the people after getting independence we called Rajya Sabha as councils of States and Lok Sabha as houses of the people . In 1954 the two names of houses were translated to Hindi because hindi is our national language.. As Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. For better understand let make some parts of the Parliament name them as pillars ;They are : 1.Organization of Parliament 2.Composition of two houses 3.Elections 4.Oath 5.Duration 6.Qualification 7.Disqualification 8.Vacating seats 9.Salaries 10.Presiding officers 11.Leaders of Parliament 12;  Sections 13 .
