  1. Don’t hesitate to ask for help.

You are new to this corporate. It is absolutely fine to ask for help from others. Don’t consider what others think about you. You have already been selected for the role. You have got selected because you have performed well than others. so Don’t Hesitate to reach People. It is fine if you don’t have advanced technical skills but basic manners are the foremost thing.

2. Don’t compare with others:

You will meet people from different states, districts, and countries. Their lifestyle is completely different from yours. you shouldn’t compare yourself to them. you are just joined. You might feel a little bit low because of communication or you don’t know how to dress up well. People who are working there would have good dress sense. you will also learn it when you see them and interact with them. Be presentable with what you have. once you have started to interact with others you can learn a lot of things.

3. Continuous Learning:

Don’t stop learning after joined in an organization. Don’t think I have a job and income so I don’t need to learn things. You need to focus on the next step of your career.  You should get to know more about the promotions and the appraisal of the organization like how it works and how can you move forward. you have to focus on what are all the things you need to improve. Don’t say I will work for 2 years here then I will plan my next move. If you want to know more about Promotions, roles, and what are all the offers the company gives to the employees you can very well ask the Higher officials, seniors, and search on the company’s internal website, Blogpost, etc … so continuous learning will give an idea to move forward quickly.

4. creating visibility:

As a fresher creating Visibility is the hardest thing. if you keep on working only on your daily task you can’t reach other roles very soon. you have to take up additional workloads to create visibility. This is the Point my managers said to me. It is difficult for me to do additional work to get any promotion and next roles. I totally disagree with the point he has said. so what I would suggest is if you get an opportunity and you can learn many things from that and if you think you can create visibility then take up the additional work. You can create visibility in your daily task as well. select the works which give you a lot of learning, experience & visibility. if you get a moment to work with people who have more than 7 – 10 years of experience don’t miss that chance.

Some People don’t like to showcase but you have to break out that thing and prove to others how talented you are. Prove to them how deserving candidate you are.

5. work-life balance.

Work-life balance is a key to success in life. you have to practice that from the beginning of your career.

Some People’s mindsets are like Freshers don’t get a lot of opportunities so I will do whatever they assign to me. But it’s a waste of time. You don’t need to take up all the additional work assigned to you. you can choose wisely.

If you are not okay with something. if you feel so stressed take a leave for a day relax and then continue. Your Mental Health is more important than your work.
