Hello fellow bloggers! Today I am here with the new block with a new and interesting topic.

We often heard that the cause of many diseases is from our stomach itself. If your digestive system is weak, then you may become a victim of many serious diseases in future. Digestive system plays a very important role for the smooth and proper functioning of our body. If there is any problem in our digestive system then you may face many problems related to skin, hair and many more. So, it is better to improve and strengthen our digestive system.

  • Drink warm or hot water - Drink lukewarm water every morning can help in removing toxic substances from the stomach which enforces your digestive system.
  • Chew food properly - Food is quiet difficult to digest without chewing adequately. So, it is better to chew your food properly otherwise your stomach can get upset.
  • Sleep early at night -  sleeping late at night is part of a bad routine. Staying up late at night hours can adversely affect your digestive system. So adopt the habit of sleeping early and waking up early in the morning. Plus take proper and sound sleep of minimum 8 hours.
  • Drink plenty of water - During the daytime take a good amount of water for proper functioning of our body. 
  • Stop eating fast food - Fast food is nothing but an enemy to our digestive system. It has an adverse effect on the working of our digestive system.
  • Do more and more physical activities - We should indulge ourselves in some physical work daily. There are various exercises and yoga poses which can help in improving our digestion and the related cycle.
  • Say no to drinking and smoking - We are well aware of hazardous effects of drinking and smoking to our body. It affects our stomach so our digestive system. It chokes our digestion which ultimately welcomes other diseases in our body.
  • Avoid taking stress - Digestive system become poor if we take stress so it is better to remove stress from our lives. 
  • Eat Amla and papaya : Both amla and papaya help in removing the deficiency of vitamin c in our body Amla helps in removing the deficiency of vitamin c in our body which in turn can prevent our digestive system from becoming weak. Papaya is a good source of per pain which breaks down the proteins and hence make food that is suitable. In this way it strengthens our digestive system.
