After the completion of studies, people remain confused whether to do job or business. This decision is very important becouse it is a question of their future. This is a reason that many people spend a lot of their time trying to make this decision whether to do a job or have a business of their own.

     By the way, it depends on many things whether you should do a job i.e. job or business.  Like maybe you have special skills to do business, but there can be some things related to background or other things.

While doing a job, you meet some people whose business is going well and you are also thinking of doing something for yourself.

      So the work you want to start, know it well, do research on it for a few months.  Then leave your moving job somewhere and think of doing that work.  That too if you have money in your pocket.

   Take advice at home to, and think of doing something new after following everyone's advice. This is not a video game, if you lose, you will play a new game. This is a life, it is better to do  everything by thinking here. Because getting a second chance here is not an easy task. 

    While choosing a career in life too, a person has to choose one of the jobs or business keeping in mind his qualifications, resources, family status etc.  Apart from this, when the entrepreneur will be able to know about the difference between job and business, only then he will be able to decide that which option can be suitable for him in future. 

     In business in entrepreneur is  his own boss, where as during  the job, the person has no work under some or the other boss.

     The person who is doing his own business is free to make and implement his own decisions.  Whereas the person doing the job needs the approval of the boss to take decisions and implement them.  

     The person who is doing his own business, even if he makes some mistake during his work, then there is no one to scold.  Whereas the person doing the job has to face scolding if he makes a mistake.

    The person who is doing his own business can  decide the time of going to office according to his business and personal need, where as the person doing  the job has to go to his office at a fixed time.

      The next difference between job and business is related to profit or profit, the person doing business is the participant of the whole profit, while the person doing the job receives a certain amount of salary in a month.  

     No one can exclude an entrepreneur doing business from his work, that is, he cannot be fired from his work.  Whereas the person doing the job can be fired if the company or employer does not meet his requirements.  

 Business can be started by any person even an uneducated person, for this officially no qualification is required.  Whereas different qualifications are prescribed for different jobs.

    Since the entrepreneur managing almost all tipes of profile, he has more learning opportunities.  Where as the person doing the job has the freedom to work under his own profile.
