Depression Friend

If you are depressed, then I am here for you. I am your depression friend,  you can call me "Buddy". 

●Depression…..

Depression is not just a word or emotion. It is a condition which leads you towards negative. Which affects your physical and mental health and it also affect your life and career.  

●Some reason of DEPRESSION:-

There are many reasons for depression like job ( workload pressures) or jobless, family issues, breakup, loneliness, anxiety,  etc. But Today I am just talking about lockdown and loneliness. 

Presently, India or some places in India goes through a lockdown, due to which we are not able to go outside and we kept into a room or house, which effect our mental health because we are habitual  to  go outside and do our work and talk to people, but because of lockdown we cannot do that. It makes us anxiety, fear and overthinking. 

● How can we reduce anxiety, fear ,etc..

The best way is to busy yourself in your work or do new activities likes trying cooking, watching movies, web series, sports, listen different music and learn new language or read books, try meditation or exercise  etc .  Or You can talk with someone so that you can expressed your feelings, emotions , fear , anxiety, etc.if you are with family then you have some people to talk and sharing emotions.  But, If You are alone then , after sometimes you feel lonely, which leads to the negative thoughts and these negative thoughts leads to frustration or  depression. 

Sometimes you don't need someone who give you support, you need someone ,who can give you shoulder and just listen to you

So if you are alone, and you don't have anyone to talk or you are not able to connect someone and want to talk to someone then talk to me, I am here for you. Share all your emotions and experiences with me.

All these thoughts about lockdown and depression are my thoughts, or I say my experience, at that time, I just need a friend who can listen to me. I know when their is lockdown you have many varies or fear like about future, food,  money, family, etc. So I just want to become that friend who can listen to you.

Depression is the normal disease like common flu and cold but yes it also needs care and support.......! Sympathy , affection , kindness and proper medication can heal your near & dear one who is suffering through it....... Must say amazing topic.......✌🏻💯🏆 Keep it up...!
