What's wrong with tamil studens?
Even though there is a need in Tamil Nadu, there is a widespread allegation that they are too lazy to use it. 

This article only talks about the experiences of Tamil students who have completed their college studies. Other workers status can be treated as a separate article.

What's wrong with tamil Childrens?
Many interviewers mention this with trepidation.

If our egos are given a chance, they make accusations that their behavior is irritating.

Many students do not have basic knowledge of their field at campus interview locations.

Even 10 out of 100 people do not do it properly.

Students of Tamil Nadu do not show the interest and concern shown by students of other states. They say there is indifference in everything.

Who is responsible?
Are the parents the reason why the students behave like this? Education system? College administration?

There are plenty of opportunities in the IT sector in Tamil Nadu currently (2021).

Talented students immediately get jobs with higher salaries.

But many are worse off and less qualified compared to students in other states.

Interview
There are also ugly incidents where the questioner is questioned in the interview. I don't understand who is interviewing whom.

Not even the basic knowledge of what to ask and what not to ask. Not understanding how to appear for the interview.

Ask anyone who is currently interviewing and there will be this accusation.

Mechanical Department
A few months ago my sister who studied engineering (BE Mechanical) went to work in the mechanical department of his choice without ID.

Most people there are Hindi speaking. He said he did not understand why there were not many Tamil students.

It should be mentioned that he got the job by searching on Linkedin and applying on company website without campus interview.

Many people are complaining about not getting a job on social media. The reason for not getting it is that they expect it.

Many people think that there is no job that is less qualified and they want a salary of one lakh per month as soon as they get it.

Expectations and salaries are unimaginably high. This makes them wait and not go to work for low wages.

Although computer is not the subject studied in BE, many people want to go into IT field because of the salary.

Their core studies do not go to work.
