Thankless Job
Any organization sees the IT support department as a cost-effective department. That means there is no cash flow to the company due to this department.

Even though the company receives income in billable manner at the level of Client Support for a particular company, the staff level remains the same.

Without IT support, the company would not exist but neither would they matter.

No matter how hard they work, they remain relatively neglected. Praises are few and criticisms are high.

Without police, a state cannot be run but what respect does the police get?

RTO, Public Works, Taxation etc. can be compared as other software sectors and Police as IT support sector.

If the IT support department doesn't have 30 minutes at a time of trouble, the company will burn out, but they won't matter.

The IT support department does not have the care, respect and encouragement that other departments get like the police.

So, where 10 people work, 4 people can handle it. The main reason for this is centralization
and Virtual Management.

The situation is compared to the situation 10 years ago and the current situation especially in Server and Storage.

So, when it comes to Internal Support, it is only thought of how much to reduce the staff or how to cope with the existing ones.

Although applicable to all sectors, there is reason to mention this sector.

If a software company employs 3000 people, there will be at most 15 – 25 people in the IT support department.

There is a difference between the chance you get in a category of 500 people and the chance you get in a category of 15 – 25 people.

So, there is a lot of tension and competition in it.

IT Security
IT Security, which has emerged from this sector, is now very popular.

In the future, companies will, and must, invest more in security. This is because the security requirements are high in the future.

Although this may cause problems in other ways, not for now.

Skilled Resource
When considering the future Stability, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Cloud only those who are Highly Skilled Resource in the field of IT Support can cope.

Because as mentioned earlier there is a huge difference between the competition for a seat of 500 people and a seat of 15-25 people.

All tasks will be done through Automation, Cloud, Centralized Management. Hence, these will naturally reduce the demand for employees.

Therefore, only being highly skilled can handle the competition.
