Drishyam 2
Following the massive success of Drishyam, the unplanned sequel Drishyam 2 has come out.

In the first part, the story is about how they plan the murder and cover it up with the family.

In the second part, six years have passed and the police re-investigate the case, considering it a fluke.

In the end the story is about what happened to the Mohanlal family.

Despite being declared innocent by the court, the townspeople believe that Mohanlal is responsible for the murder.

Even after six years, talking to someone as if something happened six days ago is awkward.

Due to this, Mohan's family is naturally uneasy.

Despite getting away with murder, the episode brings out the after effects and psychological problems. Also true.

No matter what happens, fear and doubt will continue for a lifetime. The thought of 'maybe' keeps coming.

Secret
Mohanlal is a prime example of a secret that should remain a secret. The secret should be known only to one person.

It is understood that if it goes to another, it will become known to everyone anyway, under some circumstances.

One suspects that Mohanlal doesn't know what it's like to overact. Never appeared as an actor.

Little George is a character. He acted very naturally in every scene.

Meena's character is special because of this problem.

She has realistically played the role of an average mother and wife who cares about her daughters and worries about the future.

In the first part, Mohanlal who comes as a cable TV owner, is also a theater owner in this one and it is special to take another project with it.

Screenplay
Most of the scenes are unpredictable and we are told what is going to happen before it happens. Excellent screenplay.

Not as thrilling a plot or full of twists as the first part.

The first half shows the psychological problems they face in the family due to the previous incidents.

This area may be reduced a bit.

What's more, right from the first episode, Mohanlal is shown to be an extraordinary person who can accept planning in advance, but arranging so many people for it is impossible.

They have replaced it with luck.

Background music and cinematography are good. Not much chance for background music.

The finale ends too quickly and almost everything goes in favor of Mohanlal which reduces the intensity.

The second part is an unplanned story, but they have set up the screenplay so well that there is no shortage anywhere.

Drishyam is done with this part, it is the director's decision whether to come again 🙂 .
