This is a review of the short story Aram published by writer Jayamohan who wrote 12 stories in Aram short story collection.

Morality
The story is based on a conversation with Jayamohan who meets a senior writer and tells about the hardships he faced as a writer.

Nowadays, most authors can be heard lamenting that publishers are cheating them of the royalties they deserve.

If this is the case now, how will the status of the writer be 50 – 60 (*2020) years ago?!

Physical uses
The veteran writer's body language, his description of the body language as his swagger, seems visual rather than written.

As Chettiar cheated him of the money he was supposed to pay for his writing, he begs him out of shame, waits and listens, and is humiliated and chased away.

As he was keeping the girl married by relying on this money, he takes a decision to chase away all the distress and inability to make peace at home.

Is it fake? Is it true?
This short story is not like fiction, as Jayamohan is also a character, it seems like a true incident. Along with his narrations and commentaries 

Jayamohan, who initially described the veteran writer as having difficulty hearing, later gave no explanation as to how he could converse fluently without hearing problems.
