I know I am not the only one who gets this feeling.Like when i have to study i will fix my time when i will start studying but then my mothers tells me to study and it all goes away,now i just have to sit and watch tv or my phone.
This is like the worst trait we can have i guess.And overcoming it is the biggest achievement we can have.
This is not an issue for normal times but when we have something important going on we still let this feeling control us and end up getting frustrated.
Today I will tell you few tips which will help us get over this toxic trait.
Choose the time for doing the task which you want to do when you are alone because then you wont have anyone around to tell you that you are supposed to do something.For example when you have to clean your room,do it when no one is at home so there will be no disturbance and orders from anyone.This way you will do it willingly and happily.
If you have decided to do something dont wait for too long to start it.For example if you are at home on sunday and you have to complete an assignment which is supposed to be submitted on monday then you will have to complete all of it on sunday.So when you wake up right after to are done with your breakfast and bathing just start with the task.Dont give people around you time to tell you anything related to your studies or completion.
Many times people around us are not confident enough about us that we will complete whatever task is assigned to us and they feel that they have to remind you to do it.So before starting let them know that you are going to do this particular task at this particular time and no one should disturb me till then.Then do it on the given time and next time no one will bother you.
