I personally believe that being a believer is far more better than being an atheist.Believing in god gives you a purpose.For instance if something bad has happened what an atheist does is blame himself or others this has a negative impact on him as well as others,now in this case what a believer does is blame god and the positivity is maintained in his life.

When we believe in god we pray and it is like a type of meditation which is very important for oneself.God or belief in god gives us hope it gives us power to fight any situation.Money can be earned but happiness and peace is something you have to attain which can be done by having belief.If you start praying once and you start understanding what the prayer actually says then it is the most amazing feeling you will feel and you belief gets stronger but its all in the mind you should believe what you pray whatever language it maybe understanding it is important.

In sikkhism it is said;

Dukh vele ardas

Sukh vele shukrana

Har vele simran

Which when translated means,

When sad pray

When happy thank

And chant gods name everytime

This is like a mantra i follow and it surely brings positivity to my life.When i am worried i talk to god  about my problem he just listens doesnt give and solution right away but i feel relieved from my worry.

I have a sister who is an atheist.She is worried about her future and because of this worry she has stopped doing everything she says that it feels as if her life is paused.Even i am worried but what i do is pray and leave it upto god,my life is not on pause and i wont say that i am in the best place in my life but i would say that i am happy wherever i am.My sister has everything,only child in a joint family,money,technological resources,so much love and everything but what she doesnt have is peace of mind and happiness.This is just a simple example of being an atheist or believer.So just give your life a purpose i am not saying that all atheists dont have a person or their life is full of negativity but if you give belief a chance you will observe some drastic changes in yourself and your life.
