Now the world is running out of honey. Only 7 types of bees out of 20,000 makes honey. And they're dying now because we are abusing them. Older honey production methods endanger bees and lead to higher prices. Similarly, the honey produced may contain toxic, pesticides and antibiotics. Bee io introduces a breakthrough bee-free honey production technology. Bee io uses a new patent-pending bioprocess to enable bees to supply honey all year round at a reasonable price and allow bees to resume their traditional pollination role.

Bees are the most important pollen maters in the world and play an active role in our food production. Nevertheless, commercial beekeeping methods, along with climate change, habitat loss, and exposure to pesticides, have made honeybees extremely vulnerable to parasites and viruses. The traditional honey-making process is time-consuming, sensitive, dependent on many unexpected factors, and has not changed for decades. This is a widely accepted method of using natural nectar substitutes and is the process of producing low-quality honey.

BEEIO's technology produces eco-friendly premium honey without the use of bees all year round! Bee involvement. Bee io Honey has announced that it will be able to start producing farmed honey on an industrial scale by March 2022. Bee io uses plant-derived natural nectar to develop cultured honey under laboratory conditions. “Everything is plant-based. We can produce large amounts of nectar from a variety of plant species,” said Ofir DVash, CEO of Bee io. He said, thanks to secret nectar production technology, the company can produce a wide range of comprehensive nectar varieties and strains, each of which can obtain up to 100% of nectar from a single plant species.

“We will be able to make products that are inherently very limited”, Dvash explained. his name is honey in Hebrew. “You've never tried very expensive coffee honey or manuka honey”, he explained, in nature, it's almost impossible to make honey from a single flower with pollen.

“If you go to a supermarket and buy eucaluptus honey, it's not 100% eucalyptus honey. Probably 20% or 30% eucalyptus flower, and probably wild flowers, citrus flowers, but not 100%”. But here they produces 100% single flower cultured honed with technology. An important part of this technique is the development of the artificial bee stomach. In the lab, they mimic the enzyme itself. They retain the same properties as natural honey. Lacling the bad ingredients commonly found. In Beeio honey is completely safe for babies to eat due to its free composition.

Aude said that in order to maintain the lifespan of bees, we must find a solution to humanity's desire for honey. “Therefore, the need to maximize the yield of bees has increased, which has led to the disappear of bees from earth,”. Beeio honey not only produces on-demand, regardless of season, flowering on climate change, but also prevents bee damage and ends its exploitation.
