Wear cotton clothes during the period. It is better not to wear jeans or skin-tight pants. 

Say no to synthetic pads 

Synthetic pads are harmful to your body. The glue used in this can cause other problems including rash. Moreover, when they are discarded after use, they are not perishable due to being artificial. So try, to use biodegradable pads. It is good for the body and the environment. 

Be careful Stay hydrated during periods to reduce the chances of UTIs. Wear clean and dry underwear and maintain hygiene. 

Use organic pads. Do not choose scented pads. Avoid using public washrooms. Properly clean, reusable pads.
