The food we eat made up of nutrients that our body needs to stay fit and healthy.We must eat proteins,carbohydrates and fats and vitamins and minerals. Being fit and healthy also involves maintaining a healthy body weight.  Nutrient rich food don't have too much saturated fat, added sugars and/or sodium. Nutrient density is the amount of nutrients you get for the calories consumed.To remain healthy,we must have a balanced diet with all the essential nutrients in correct proportion.The amount of nutrients needed by a person depends upon their age,health and job.

Water is vital to our health. It plays a key role in many of our body's functions including  getting rid of waste and   maintaining body temperature.Water helps dissolve minerals and nutrients, making them more accessible to the body. It also helps remove waste products.During everyday functioning, water is lost by the body, and this needs to be replaced. We   lose water through activities such as sweating and urination.

Exercise regularly

For maintaining a healthy body and mind,we must exercise regularly,Exercise helps in building a strong body  and keeps us fit.It tones our muscles and helps in digestion.Exercise controls weight.  It can help prevent excess weight gain or help you keep off lost weight. It helps in breathing more oxygen and results in increased blood circulation and in maintaining the right posture and keeping our back straight while sitting,standing or moving.Exercise  also helps prevent hypertension, maintain healthy body weight and can improve mental health, quality of life and well-being.

Taking rest is very important for our body and health.Lowering blood pressure.It improve digestion, reducing stress,improving focus and mood, reducing anger and frustration.Additionally, rest helps manage stress levels and lowers blood pressure, contributing to a healthier heart.But while you're sleeping, your brain and body don't just shut down. Internal organs and processes are hard at work throughout the night.
