This blog is all about the prevention of diabetes and management of diabetes with the help of Yoga .
Diabetes is a condition when the pancreas in the human body fails to produce insulin . Insuline is the hormone that converts the sugar in the food into energy . insufficient secretion of insulin byb pancreas results in the excess of glucose level in the blood stream ,resulting diabetes .
The person suffering from diabetes show the symtoms like fatigue , hazy vision , weight loss , an increased appetite .
The following exercise can be done to prevent and control diabtes before it start or managing diabetes .
BHUJANGASANA
The word Bhujanga is made up of two words that means bhujanga (the sanskrit word for snake ) and the asana for posture . bhujangasana is the stretching exercise of the front torso and the spine . bhujanga is the final stage when the cobra is ready to attack its prey by raising its hood .
the cobra posture and its variation is very useful for those persons who have back problems .
After doing that you feel relax and fresh .
1. Preganant ladies can't do that exercise . this exercise can harm the baby. it can be harmful for them and for their body . so preganant lady can avoid this exercise .
2. The person suffering from sciatica , hernia , hypothyroidism , peptic ulcer and slip disc should not perform this asnana .
3. It should also avoided by those persons whon have abdominal problems .
4. If you have serious problems it is better to consult with the yoga therpist or experts before performing bhujangasana .
