When Earth starts spinning?
Right from the time when the earth is created, Earth 🌎 has also started to rotate itself. From the nebula's cloud of gases, dust particles, to different states of matter have joined together by the force of attraction. This time is gradually decreasing in a very minor level. We find these timings accurately using the atomic clock based on the concept of atoms. The timing of this clock is more accurate. We found the time of a day using this clock. In the last 100 years, it is being calculated that our earth rotation time has been decreased by 1.7 milliseconds.
WHAT HAPPENS EARTH STOP SPINNING?
the first question is, how the earth is rotating without being stopped? To put it simply, it's because of inertia. Until an external force is applied on earth, then its rotation is unstopped. For example, a gyrotop stops spinning at some point due to the force of gravity. likewise in space, there is no friction for the earth. So, until an external force is applied on earth, then its rotation is unstopped. The main reason for the decreasing of the earth's rotation time by 1.7 milliseconds is due to the force of attraction caused by the sun and the moon. One day Earth will gradually slow down and stops rotating, but what if the Earth stops rotating all of a sudden? The earth's rotation at the equator is about 1670km/hr. This speed is more than that of the speed of sound. The speed of sound is 1225km/hr. The height of the tides might be around 6 to 8km. Seawater will move away from the equator to poles. Even though Earth stops to rotate the atmosphere around it won't stop, because of this huge cyclones may occur and cause a huge apocalypse. Like the atmosphere still rotating. This may cause the continental plates to move and make volcanic eruptions. Even after these destructions, Earth is still rotating the Sun, because of this, there will be 6 months of very cold winter and 6 months of very hot summer.
In the region of twilight where the summer and winter meet, there is a chance for living organisms to survive, that have been escaped from the apocalypse other than this, all the water in the summer side of the earth will get evaporated soon and other side snow will be formed. Both sides will become unfit for living. Only in the twilight zone, some organisms can survive that too for some time. But in the twilight zone too, there is very less probability of survival is because, the rotation of the earth has only created a magnetic field, which was so far protecting us from the cosmic rays from the sun. So when there is no rotation, then there would be no magnetic field, because of this may cosmic rays attack us. Likewise many high energetic particles attack the earth continuously and make the earth unfit to live.
