Hlo friends today we will talk about zero food waste.

Washing vegetables, peeling, chopping, seeding and then cooking, in the process how much waste we remove from our kitchen every day, have you ever thought?

Most of the vegetables and fruits brought from the market go into the garbage cans. Yes, many people make the best use of that kitchen waste by composting, but most of us are not able to do so. How good would it be if we could just reduce this waste?

Banana peel fritters( pakode)

We all know that banana is such a healthy fruit. But its peels are also no less nutritious. While making raw banana curry, we remove its skin and throw it away, in such a situation the nutrition also goes in the garbage. But with these peels you can make great pakoras for evening snacks. You can also use leftover rice along with banana peels. Cut the banana peels into small pieces and mix gram flour and spices, you must make delicious pakoras once.

So the next time you make potatoes or french fries, clean the potatoes thoroughly and cook them with the skins on. If you are removing the skin of potatoes, then you can also roast them separately and make pakoras. Peeled potato vegetable is also the favorite vegetable of many people. If you have not made it yet, then definitely make it once, from the second time you will forget to remove the skin.

You can use things like the skins of carrots, cabbage, beets, onions, etc., the top part of beans or tomatoes to make homemade vegetable stock. Vegetable stock is used to make many gravy vegetables or soups. It is also very easy to make. By boiling all these together in water, you can prepare the stock and store it in the fridge for a month 

watermelon peel vegetable

We eat the sweet red part of watermelon and throw away its thick skin. But if you cut these thick skins and make a vegetable, then they make a very good vegetable. Just imagine how much kitchen waste will be reduced by this and the entire money of watermelon will also be recovered. For this, you have to cut the peels and boil them, then add amchur and jaggery and make a good sour-sweet vegetable.
