In gajar halwa, if you increase the amount of milk, khoya, and sugar then its taste will increase.

this is the type of sweet that everyone eats with full taste and interest. No one can reject this sweet. if any diabetes patients live in your home then you can make sugar-free gajar ka halwa. this is the type of sweet if you make it extra then you can put it in some time without spoiling

so let's check how can we make this sweet at home.

you can make mawa at home which will be used in gajar ka halwa.

Ingredients for gajar ka halwa

1kg gajar, 250g sugar, 250g mawa, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon desi ghee, 1 teaspoon kismish, 6 piece kaju, 1 teaspoon coconut, 6 pieces of cardamom.

Recipe

First, wash carrots and then cut front and back. Grate the carrots.

Put up a container on the stove and cook mawa at low flame after that remove mawa in a separate container. Then cook grate carrots with milk until they become soft. After that mix the sugar. And cook until all water is dehydrated. After that mix dry fruits and cook more to increase the taste of gajar ka halwa. After that close the stove and taste your tasty halwa😋.
