Bajra Chilla - A Healthy Dish

Hlo friends I come with a new healthy dish which is recognise by fssai.

Name of this dish is bajra chilla 

Ok I hope you all know bajra which English name is pearl millet.

This recipe was made by chef Ranveer under eat right India campaign and shown by the food safety and standard authority of India.

I will share this recipe for 3 servings you can calculate it according to your requirements.

Ingredients

You can take 

Pearl millet flour 250gm, began flour 50gm, onion chopped 1, carrot grated 1, green chilies 2 ( fine chopped), coriander leaves (Dhania) few finely chopped, red chili powder 1 tsp, coriander powder 1 tsp, salt as per taste, oil 2 tsp.

Recipe

  • First, take pearl millet flour and besan flour in a bowl and mix them
  • Then add onion, carrot, coriander, spices, and salt
  • Then add some water mix all of them and make a smooth flowing consistency
  • Preheat a flat bottom pan on medium heat. And apply oil inside the pan. Pour a small amount of batter inside the pan and spread it for making a thin chill crepe.
  • Drizzle the oil or ghee around the side and inside the pan until it doesn't turn out Brown On both sides.
  • Once it is done remove it from the pan and serve. Proceed to remain in the same way and serve the hot chill.

High in magnesium - bajra is rich in magnesium which lowers insulin resistance which is good for diabetics. Magnesium also maintains nerve function and heart rates.

Rich in potassium - Bajra is rich in good potassium for those who suffer from high blood pressure.

Antioxidant-rich- Bajra is rich with many types of antioxidants which help in the fight with many types of infectious. 

Help prevent anemia- bajra contains a good amount of iron which helps fight against anemia.

Rich in folic acid B9- bajra is rich in vitamin B9 which help in your body to produce new cells.
