It is said that the women are the weakest sex, but the pain ,the capacity ,the power to run this world is handed to them. Even in the 21th century where we talk about equality, freedom .There are still many place where people make feel a girl unequal to man .

People these day don't kill their girl child ,but they never give the same opportunity to their daughter as they allow their son. Even the girl should get the same opportunities and love as the son get. There are many countries in history where women were illtreated and haven't provided with their rights and opportunities. Women were given their right not because they are girl , but because they too deserve the chance to prove themselves and because its their too right to explore this beautiful world.

Even girls should get all the rights from being educated to where and with whom they want to live their rest of their life. We all know that a girl's life is not so easy ,it is all surrounded with many of restrictions and more and more rules and regulations .Women empowerment is an important part that need to be understand by this world, its like fresh air for women 

In India, we all know even today women are not safe .Even today they are not freely move on the road at night as the fear of getting something wrong with them. Even today many people thing that women or girls should not allowed for higher educations, they should marry them off ,their they should do whatever their husbands and in-laws ordered them to do .

What actually the problem is the "mentality" of people .From starting we taught our daughters to be in limits, to speak less, to listen to the men never questioned them, the fear and the opportunity that has never given to her to ask why only she ha these restrictions and all  ? Once she get the chance to speak up  to prove her self ,she really try her best 

The biggest question that mostly come is if women work out then who will manage the house . As its is pre-decided by us that women will manage the house and men will earn .And because men earn so men control us. If women can do house hold work and can manage their children family and society ,she can even manage to fulfil her dreams also with the family. But at least should give a chance
