Don't Eat These Foods After Eating Mango🥭

Hope you all are fine and doing well. 😊Today, I am writing another blog and hope you will find it informative. Thanks to all for your immense support for my previous blogs. Hope you will like this blog too…. . ❤

Mango is the king of fruit. There are very few people who doesn't love mango when summer comes. Mangoes are delicious as well as rich in various nutrients. It contains alot of carotine, vitamin B, C, iron, calcium and mineral salts which are very useful for the body. We eat mangoes whenever we want,  oor with any food. This can have a detrimental effect on health. This can lead indigestion, diarrhea,allergies and even shortness of breath. Don't forget to eat any food after eating mangoes 🥭. Those foods are:

1.Water:

Drinking water after eating mango can cause acidity problem . There is even possibility of abdominal pain. So, wait at least half an hour without drinking water after eating mango. After that you can drink water. Note that most dietician recommend a 40-50 minutes interval between eating fruit and water. Which helps in your digestion. 

2. Yogurt:

Don't eat yogurt with mango. Because having yogurt and mango together can have the opposite effect on the body. This Is likely to increase the problem of allergies. Digestive problems also may occur.Not only this , risk of diarrhea problem also may increase. So eat carefully. 

3.karela:

Karela is rich in nutritional value. However, after eating mango,  never eat karela. If you eat karela, then you may vomit.  In many cases it was found that vomiting and also Shortness of breath started . Dont experiment this type of combination. 

4.Soft Drinks:

Soft drinks are not good for health at all. Drinking this after eating mango🥭 can increase many problems. Note that soft drinks and mangoes contain a lot of sugar,  which can increase the amount of sugar in the blood. If you are a diaebatic,  your problem may increase. So, diabetic patients try to avoid both for your good health. 

5.Junk Foods:

Junk foods are another one which can create different problems after eating mangoes and junks. Most of the junk food are oily. So don't take it after eating mangoes. 

But keep eating mangoes🥭🥭… most beautiful fruit in this world.
