Hope you all are doing well……….Today I will discuss about one of the most important issue that is child rights. This blog will be a part 1 on  child rights. Here I will tell WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS A CHILD HAVE? OR IS THERE ANY VIOLATION OF THEIR RIGHTS? AND HOW TO OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM….. So, lets start:

Childhood is a term used to describe a person's formative age years. It is the most crucial stage because , their minds are still evolving , events that occur throughout childhood may have an impact on a person's attitude development. Every kid has the right to grow up in a safe and secure environment that allows them to attain their full potential as citizens.

Child Labour is a global issue that many countries are battling with , including India. Children are commonly employed as non-skilled workers in factories and industries such as mining and manufacturing in third-world countries. Despite the fact that education is a fundamental right, many people in the country's remote  and backward areas  do not send their children to schools because  they do not comprehend the significance of education. The right to life, the right to a name, right to express oneself, right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion, the right to health care , the right to education, the right to be protected from economic and sexual exploitation, and the right to a family are just a few of the most important child rights. Violations of children's rights are a major problem in India . Even if many people are enforcing the law, there is still an issue. These concerns have detrimental effects of our country's growth, development and advancement. Violence, poverty, lack of primary healthcare , and lack of access to primary education  afflict millions of children.

To address the issue of child labour and ensure that children obtain an education , the Indian Government must adopt aggressive actions. There are various laws against child labour, yet the problem persists due to their inadequate execution. The government must work harder and involve citizens and NGOs in order to eradicate the problem from the country.

  • I will discuss different types of violation of child rights in next blog……
