Kettyolaanu Ente Malakha (wife is my angel) 2019 is the directorial debut of Nissam Basher and written by Aji Peter Thankam. Asif Ali and Veena nandakumar  plays the lead roles and the film is produced by Magic Frames. Some of the import supporting roles are played by Manohar Joy , Jaffar Idukki, and Basil Joseph. Music is composed by William Francis.

The plot revolves around the married life of sleevachan (Asif) and Rincy (Veena). Sleevachan is a farmer living with his old mother and all his 3 sisters were married. Eventhough he surpassed 30 years of age he is not willing in married life since he is very nervous in approaching women from childhood. Looking upon the condition of his mother he agreed to arranged marriage. He went to Rincys house for bride seeing and Rincy was impressed his attitude and behaviour toeards her family without even had a conversation between them.

After marriage also sleevachan feels shy and nervous to talk with his wife. Ever night he use to escape from sleeping in his house saying lame reasons however Rincy was still in a trust that his husband will show his love one day. Sleevachan manges to stay outside everyday however his parents and friends treats otherway. Especially Sleevachans friends changed his mind that women likes their husband be in an aggressive manner. Drunked Sleevachan went to his home and did a forced intercourse with Rincy without her intent. This results in Ricny being hospitalized and Sleevachan family stood behind her and convinced her. 

However Rincy strictly said to sleevachan that she is not able to live with Sleevachan anymore and she wants to move to his home after the upcoming local temple festival. Sleevachan agreed for the same and continue to stay away from his wife. Meanwhile Rincy came to know the real character of sleevachan and she decided to stay back with him. But the day has come and Sleevachan bring her to her come as promised and he was made to stay night as per the family request . Rincy begins her casual talk with Sleevachan and they both come in terms of what a marital life really is. 

A beautiful tale narrated by this debutant director and the characterisation he made are very well portrayed by the lead actors. A simple story line that makes this beautiful story is what Malayalam cinema industry is good at. They always takes simple stories and the message this story carries is realy meant to be told in period of time. 

Overall a very good movie with beautiful message and a must watch.
