There are many people who can't able to sleep fast they took more and an hour or some time 4-5 hour to sleep. Most of the people has these problems it is due to stress and over use of mobile, laptops, TV at night. So we are here to discuss top ways to sleep faster.
Step 1- open your mouth and start taking breath while tounge on the top.
Step - 2 leave the breath through your mouth and release all air.
Step 3-then close your mouth take breath from nose for 4 sec.
Step 4- hold the breath for 7 sec
Step - 5 then open your mouth and release air from mouth for complete 8 sec.
Step 6- do that same thing for 5min and then you will fall on sleep.
As we see in winter in morning we don't want to leave out bed but due to low temperature our bodies biological systems become slow and which cause fall on sleep.
By following a proper time table we don't need to force our self to have sleep so people some time don't do that. Following a good time table is good thing which make our lifestyle better and healthy. People who don't have proper time table they show these type of things. So having a good and stable timetable and strictly following it make us sleep faster.
People are now a days start their day with a room and end it in their room by which the internal body a human clock inside the body don't able to know about whether it is day or night which cause delay in sleeping and make you unhealthy.
Doing yoga or exercise make us stress free which lead to have a good sleep. Some time people with overthinking at night can not able to sleep so having a good exercise and yoga at morning help you to have a great sleep.
