Hello and welcome back to my blog everyone. So today i am writing on patience.I have recently experienced this things so thought of writing this blog and Sharing my experience with you all.
So what comes to your mind when you hear the word patience? Calm, rational thinking etc. Right? But i reality it is very difficult to be one. Especially when you are an overthinker. I am an overthinker so it was extremely tough to deal with things patiently.
When we continuously keep thinking about stuff it becomes a habit and makes us a worrier. Every little thing will bother us. Either an overthinker or perfectionist finds it difficult to cope up with a patient person. Or for that matter being patient also. We expect quick decisions and results.
The results makes us curious and desicions are expected very quick. When these two things don't happen we tend to get Angry, upset or frustrated. We overthink the same thing and lose more of our patience.
This impatient behaviour can sometimes lead to many mistakes. We may take hasty decision or expect too much from people around. Which definitely will impact our mental health. When things don't go our way we tend to feel upset, frustrated, depressed, sad, lost.
This all can be avoided one thing you can do for sure is relax yourself and just think positively fir two minutes. That what is gonna happen if the expected thing takes time to be completed. Just assure your mind and heart that it is going to take that much while or it usually takes that much time. So I'm not losing on anything make yourself recollect that. Think of positive outcomes for 2 minutes and divert your mind from overthinking to positive thinking.
You can direct your mind to go on which way. You show the roadmap to your mind and heart. You cannot expect everything to be changed or the way you to be done in a day. Make your mind understand that good things take time and so will yours.
Another ways are meditation & yoga. These exercises can relax your mind and body completely. It throws out the negativity and anxiety. By this way you will eventually nuture your mind to be patient. Start by small baby steps and eventually you can be a patient person too.
