Hello and welcome back to my blog once. Today's topic is all about being okay. Many of us might be feeling that we are missing out on something in life and should do a particular thing to please some people etc. But I am gonna put some points which will definitely help you feel better.
Sometimes we will face a situation in life we will not be comfortable in. somedays will be hard for us, there will be no motivation left in us. And IT"S OKAYYY!!!!
Trust me no rule book says a human can not take a break. Be it a break from your daily routine, your career, or social media. I personally feel somedays to take a break from social media. Many times it's a thought that I will miss out on something, or I will remain behind than others, etc. I'm sure many of you also might feel this but it is okay. But believe in me there's nothing you are missing out on.
It is okay if someday you feel lazy, bored, and homesick. You can take a break and do what you feel like. Take a nap, binge-watch your favorite series, paint, meditate or just lay and do nothing.
Once you're done with this activity I bet you will want to go back to your normal routine, because your mind and heart constantly remind you to go back to normal. Before going back to normal do this 5-minute activity.
Believe me, it will give you a motive for the day and the energy to work. scheduling your entire day gives your mind satisfaction and assures you that your day is set and every target is within your limit.
When you take a break you bounce back with more energy and motivation to work. So taking a break is necessary.
