Hey guys so i hope everyone is doing great and welcome back to you all. So today I'm sharing this recipe of white pasta which definitely gonna bring you cravings for the same. I am a cheese lover and I love to add cheese to almost everything.
So directly hoping on the ingredients
Take a bowl of water and add some pasta and boil it. Add some oil or butter to it so they don't stick to each other. Also add a little salt.
While the pasta gets boiled make the white sauce. Take a pan add 2-3 spoon of butter let it melt and then add all purpose flour. Mix well and make sure there are no large lumps.
After half a minute half cup milk into it and stir continuously. Until the gravy becomes thin and there are no lumps of the flour.
Once its thin add some regular salted cheese and mozeralla cheese. Again keep mixing and add black pepper, oregano and chilli flakes to it. Don't forget to add salt to it for taste.
Once the gravy is mixed well and it's texture is perfect neither too thin nor too thick lower the flame.
Then check on the pasta if they are boiled nd cooked properly take them off the flame. Rinse the pasta and ass it to the sauce. Mix it well.
Here adding vegetables is your own choice i prefer eating without veggies. If you want you can add them after you put cheese in the sauce.
This is a very yummy and tasty dish that i prefer to have during my snack or sometimes dinner. You can serve a garlic bread along with this. It is also simple to prepare just cut the slices apply some butter on both the side bake it a little until they are crisp.
If you want more garlic taste apply some garlic paste on the bread and then bake it. The burnt garlic will enhance the flavour.
And tadaaa!! Your cheesy pasta is ready with yummy garlic bread.
