Everybody born on this earth has come with many responsibilities and duties. A boy and a girl, a man or woman, no matter what class or category he/she is from,  the thing that matters is the work that you do and that too with perfection.

 Until we grow teenage, we are taught that what are our responsibilities. We are suggested to work hard for our duties.

We always run for our goals. We just aim at a particular field or area of interest and carry it forward with all our potential. We spend a lot of time chasing our goals.

Our routines, habits and works all depends upon our responsibilities. Our routine can impact our goals. Whatever we do affects our way towards what we want to achieve. 

A question arises in my mind, that what are we working hard for? Are we taking these hardships to prove ourselves? Or are we working hard to make our parents feel proud of us for what they have been working hard for. Or are we doing it for our satisfaction.

The motivation behind our hard work is the dream that we chase. The idea of our goal that comes everytime in our mind. Our dreams revolve everytime around us. Whatever the dream is of a student to get a good job, the dream of a player to represent his country. The dream of a parent to provide all facilities to his/her child. 

If collectively everyone comes ahead and chase their dreams, everyone will step ahead to achieve their goal. In each and every field , beginners, intermediates and experts collectively come and give a hard competition to each other. Today's life is all about giving a tough competition to our competitors in every competition. Present situation urges everyone to get more and more active. 

So, the conclusion from my side is that whatever I am working hard for will definitely have a impact on my life. I work hard because I have to prove myself in our society. I have to hold power in my hand so that my decisions put effect on our society. I have to bring a change in this society. I have to make my parents be proud of me and make myself be content of what I achieve. And I am well motivated to achieve my goal and I promise I'll give all my efforts to prove myself.
