In this world , nowadays loneliness can be the most common thing . But we have to understand what kind of loneliness we are facing.
Do we feel lonely even within a party going on? or Are we lonely only when we are all by ourselves. Nowadays two patterns of loneliness have come into existence. People feel lonely even when they are surrounded by friends.
I will discuss about this kind of loneliness in my future blogs…But today I want to discuss about the ways to get rid of loneliness..!!!
Diverting the attention
When you are feeling lonely try to deviate your attention to doing something you like. You can also watch a movie or just entertain yourself. For ladies, you can take beauty care and pamper yourself. Doing something that would actually lift your mind and divert your mind from the lonely feeling, is the goal.
Getting involved in social activities
You can get into social activities like social blood donation camp volunteering, social program organizing, social gathering and planning something good for the society by forming a group.
Being optimistic
Whatever thought comes to your mind try to be optimistic and positive. The weirdest thoughts come to our mind when we are lonely. So try to confirm or explain your mind the good side of yourself and all the possibilities that still lies ahead..
Start talking
Its a common feeling, when we are lonely we don't like to communicate with others thinking what others might feel. Lets not do that.. Lets take the first step to talk it out to somebody wee find around. Sometimes people might not find time to communicate with you. So be it. But there will be others who would definitely like to talk to you….!!
See the positive side of other people
Sometimes we forget to see the bright side of other people. There are many people in our surrounding whom we might not know personally but their acts and positivity might be very inspiring. Lets try to learn from them the art of taking life in a positive way.
Try to find out the reason why you feel lonely
Many a times we feel lonely because your mental wavelength doesn't match with others. Sometimes your physical appearance or your personality might make you feel lonely. So you need to find out the reason behind this loneliness. Then you have to start working on it and try to overcome this issues. There are lots of ways to get helped in this matters. So figuring out your reason for being lonely is something very important..!!
Wait for the period you are lonely
Sometimes loneliness comes as a phase of our life. We cannot help it out. So we need to wait for the phase with whatever positivity we can think of at that moment. After a short period of time this loneliness goes off. Nothing is to stay forever in our lives.. So the lonely phase will also go away soon..!!
Love yourself
Try to embrace yourself with all your good memories and your good will. Loving ours elf means doing whatever makes us feel good. It might be cooking our favorite dish, watering the plants, calling a friend, doing an embroidery work, playing our favorite songs and all that makes us feel loved and soothing…!!
Not fearing to have small limited group of friends
Even if you are lonely, one thing you have to keep in mind , not to mix with negative people. There might be some people who might only criticize you negatively, find your faults, misbehave with you, talk ill about you and so on. You might as well not like the company of some people and friends. Don't indulge yourself to mix with those people even if you are friend less. They will only disturb your mental peace and make you more lonely…!!
