This might sound to be very negative minded topic for the women folk but trust me that is not the case. We talk about women empowerment and the need for women to be self sufficient and many such kind of things but only women empowerment is not the solution. 

I have been conducting my own observation and research on women's mentality of the current time and the results are actually not so very soothing for our society as a whole. 

I would specifically chalk out why I say there are many side effects of women empowerment and what exactly those side effects are.

At first I would like to cite the example of my neighborhood family. We often get to hear fights and quarrels from that family and it takes on between the husband and the wife. As long the husband had been earning good money from his business the wife was okay with it but during the pandemic the business of the husband met great losses and that's when the wife got furious with her husband.  She always blames her husband for every little thing going wrong in the family. Though the wife works in a highly reputed school and earns a good amount of money but she cannot accept that fact that his husband is suffering a loss. She always fights with her husband asking, what has he given her accept a child? why cant he earn money being a man??

So these are the things which happens in many families today. We get to know some cases and most of them we do not get any news of. 

Now I would give you the side effects of Women empowerment which a group of my female friends and myself concluded after few years of observation and studies.

Women are loosing their motherly instinct and kind nature

Today women are taking over all the fields and that is very good but their kind nature and motherly attitude is missing to a great level. This competition between men and women are making them loose their own inherent qualities of caring. Women are the epitome of kindness and love but they want to become tough like men and loose their beauty. This is happening a lot these days. Today women do not want to be mothers anymore. They want their career first and motherhood can take a second or a third or a fourth priority according to them. This is making them loose their qualities as a women. They are loosing their caring and kind nature just to compete with the world. 

But again, not all women are following these path and that tis the reason why we still have balance in our society.

An unhealthy competition is growing within the minds of women

Women can never be men and Men can never be Women and that's a universal fact. So the women folk has to understand that. They keep saying ‘ we are equal to Men’ . This is true . We are equal, but our qualities and instincts are different from that of Men. They are masters of their skills and we have are own instincts and power. And competing with Men in every respect is just a foolishness. And today women are getting enrolled in this kind of foolishness and suffering terribly. Women are made delicate and tough in their mindset unlike Men. Both are made in different ways. We have to admit that or else their will be that unhealthy competition for life long.

But I must again mention, that all women do not follow the same thing, and that's the reason we still have a balance in the society.

Women are becoming intolerant towards family and husbands

Only because you are going out and earning money , today many women do not like to take the other responsibilities of their families and husband. Women are becoming ruthless and they are wanting to buy everything with money. That's where they are going wrong.

There are many working women who strike the balance between work and family and that's the ideal thing to do. 

Rate of divorces increasing 

When you are self sufficient and you earn a lot of money , we get to feel on the top of the world. For men its natural that they would earn a living and feed their families but when the responsibility comes to women they become too self conscious and their ego makes them so proud that they can hardly tolerate their husbands. They feel that they are working hard and earning money and why should they care about their husbands,. This is happening in most of the working women of recent times and that is the reason of many divorces taking place so randomly.

but not all women are the same, there are many women who do respect their husbands and their work and that's how they balance their life.
