This might not be the same case in western nations but in India this has been quite an issue after the pandemic took over our lives. 

After the pandemic stuck, we all had to switch online for every need of ours. From the basic grocery to clothes, food, dresses, gadgets, classes and payments also were thoroughly done online. 

Now this created a problem with the old people of our country. Most of the aged crowd tries to avoid online transaction in India because they are not comfortable with the online processes. They are very reluctant to use even the smart phone. But during this pandemic, they had to switch into the online world even though they are uncomfortable about this online dealings.

Now I would point out four such areas where they had to depend online but they were very uncomfortable about doing so.

Online medicine

Every aged person requires certain amount of medicine to keep themselves fit n fine. So during the pandemic they had to get their medicines but they could not go out neither could they order online. It was a tough situation for them especially old people living all by themselves without young people around. I saw some young girls and guys taking active steps to reach out to the old people to deliver medicines. It was really the best thing to have done at those times. 

Online food 

The grocery materials are the most important things that was required by the old people but they could not order online through grofers or big basket etc. Many aged people were helpless during those situations. Little did we think how much painful it would be for our aged elders because of this pandemic.

Online payments

This was the most crucial problem. a major portion of the aged people in India do not know to collect money from ATM. They cannot use online payment methods like net banking, gpay, phonepe, paytm etc.  But during pandemic every one wanted to get paid online. So that was a crucial problem for the old people.

Online cab service

Many old people do not have their own car or travelling modes. They has to depend on public transport. So during the pandemic this was a very crucial issue because majority of the old people knew not how to use the ola and uber apps. 

So roughly, the online world has surely created a huge sort of worries for the aged folks of our country. Many of us have understood their problems and have stood by them. Lets all,continue to reach out to them and help them out with our best efforts because they are very much in need of pour help.
