Take Occasional Power Naps To Gain Energy

Its not always, that we can take a nap, but its the most effective way to gain instant energy. When we  are in the office, we cannot of course take a long break, what we can do then is to take a 10 minutes break and take power nap. 

Yes you got it right…A power nap is simply one of the ways that gives you instant power to work with a fresh mind. We have all been thinking that how can a power nap be so helpful. But its really helpful.

When we get a break of about 10 to 15 minutes in our office., what we do is having a cup of coffee or chatting with our friends. I tell you, if you really want some energy and the mental relaxation, you should avoid that cup of coffee and chatting etc.. And dedicate that time on taking a power nap..!

In Japan, you are allowed to sleep for hours while working in your office. That's official. The workload in their offices is terrific so they allow their employees to sleep while working and it has been found to be very effective in increasing the productivity level. 

Even it is helpful for people working absolutely in home and the homemakers. We all like to believe that people who are not in a job are actually having nothing to do all throughout the day. But this is a past now. They have lots of responsibility to carry out. Managing a home is not a very easy job. It requires dedication, hard work and a lot of skill.

Homemakers have to cook food, clean the house and keep it tidy, wash the clothes, prepare the tiffin for their husband and children, keep an eye on many other things which I will discuss in my coming blogs. So the point is there is huge responsibility of the homemaker to manage the household chores properly.  They definitely require some proper break and relaxation time. So they should also take proper nap in between their work. Sometimes taking care of a baby becomes too tiring.. A mother should indulge into a nap while doing these priceless job. 

No body actually understands how much brain an officer has to put on his work and how much effort a homemaker has to put on her work. Both of these work, be it mind work or physical labor both requires a bit of rest and relaxation and best way to do it is to take a small power nap in between our work. I think nobody poses any objection in these. So lets  take power  nap and increase our efficiency level to the best…..!!!
