We all are running behind success and thats the most common thing in everybody's life nowadays. 

But today I would like to discuss about the age of women in relation to success.

There are many women in this world who achieve success at a very early age. They are so much successful as compared to many others who dont even start the process of achieving something in life.

so its not the age that matters always with regard to achieving success in life. 

after your school level or after your college level education you may or may not get a job , so when a woman will reach success in her life is really very important.

Many women think that having a work which pays is very important before they get married and have children. 

So in order to get a job they work hard and if they pass the college level education 23 or 24 years average then they will try finding and settling in job till they are 30 years of age. 

Now even after that many women do not get manage to get a good job especially in our country , India. That's because this country has a huge population and there is lot of competition . 

So a woman would never believe herself successful if she doesn't get a good job. Many women even after getting a good job wants to get promotion and then begin a family life for more security and assets. 

And then if getting a job and settling in life is what that is called success then what about other teeming millions of women who does not have a joblife. 

They have to settle with whatever they can manage, be it business, be it getting married without a job, or having children without a job. 

And this they have to do much before 30 years of age due to family compulsion or other reasons. 

Now these women are much more in number than those few percentage of women who get a good job. This is a simple equation,

So these women who do not have a job before marriage or even after marriage and having babies. They too wanna get success in life. And what do you call such women who totally work for their family and babies?

They cannot be called unsuccessful at all because if we call them unsuccessful then we are calling our homemaker mothers and grand mothers unsuccessful. 

Many entrepreneur and ladies around the world have begun their working carrier after they raised up their children. One such example is Sima Taparia from Indian Matchmaking. 

They are successful homamakers as well as working ladies. But their success is attained at much higher an age than the other working ladies.

So when you will reach success in your life does not depend on your age completely, it has the most to do with your determination. A determined woman can achieve anything in her life and be successful even at 90.
